Sunday, May 17th:
For today we booked a hotel in Trigance. A small town at the edge of the Grand Canyon du Verdon. The friendly’patron’ van Logis Hôtel Le Vieil Amandier welcomed us and kept the swimmingpool open for us. We had a delicious dinner on the terrace with beautiful views. Of course with a French glass of wine…
So today’s route went through the magnificent Grand Canyon du Verdon in France. Beautiful views, beautiful curves, so we really enjoyed the ride.
The route went partly on the Route Napoleon.
Unfortunately due to problems with the SD card many video recordings are lost.
Also agent no. 120509 enjoyed to take a picture of me, so I later got a letter with the request to pay € 45,-. After correction 3 km/h to fast where 90 km/h was allowed…
